Terms and Conditions

Book a minimum 3-day Europcar rental via Click4Wheels or GDS between 26 June – 31 July 2025 for travel between 1 July – 30 September 2025 and go into the draw to win one of three €100 Bol.com gift vouchers! The more you book, the better your chances to win!

Article 1. Organisation

1. This promotion is organised by Europcar Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser.”
2. By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 2. Participation

1. Participation is open to individuals aged 21 and over who are legal residents of the Netherlands or Belgium.
2. Entry is limited to individuals employed within the travel industry.
3. Participation is free of charge, but a valid Europcar booking made via Click4Wheel or GDS before 31 July 2025 is required to qualify.
4. Each booking counts as a separate entry. Participants may submit multiple entries with separate bookings.
5. Bookings must be submitted by emailing the booking confirmation to nederland@europcar4agents.com before the deadline.

Article 3. Promotion Period

1. The promotion runs from the announcement date until 31 July 2025.
2. Entries received after this date are not eligible.
3. Multiple valid entries are allowed provided they are supported by separate qualifying bookings.

Article 4. The Prize

1. The prize is an Bol.com Gift voucher value to Euro 100.
2. The voucher is valid for 3 years.
3. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
4. Blackout periods apply, including but not limited to national holidays, school holidays, and peak summer dates. These will be confirmed with the winner upon prize redemption.
5. The winner is responsible for holding a valid driver’s license, passport, visa (if applicable), and personal travel insurance.

Article 5. Winner Selection

1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
2. The draw will take place no later than 10 October 2025.
3. The winner will be contacted via email or telephone within 7 days of the draw.
4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select a new winner.

Article 6. Liability

1. The Organiser is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the promotion or the use of the prize.
2. The Organiser is not responsible for changes or cancellations made by third-party providers (e.g. airlines, accommodation).

Article 7. Privacy & Data

1. Personal data submitted for the purpose of this promotion will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data will be used exclusively for managing the competition and contacting the winner, and will be deleted within 3 months of the prize draw unless otherwise legally required.
3. Participants may request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting nederland@europcar4agents.com. Withdrawal of consent will result in forfeiture of participation.

Article 8. Force Majeure

1. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Article 9. Applicable Law

1. This promotion is governed by Dutch law.
2. Any disputes will be submitted to a competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 10. Final Provisions

1. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the promotion.
2. By entering the competition, participants accept these terms in full.
